"Bad Times at the El Royale" (2018) ★★☆

Fun for a distracted one-time-only flick. Brilliant opening shot that sets the rest of the movie up for failure by starting with a care and patience that, after five minutes in, is nowhere to be found. Bad Times watches and sounds like a sloppy Tarantino knock off.
